A member in good standing with the New England Rugby Football Union (NERFU) and the United States of America Rugby Football Union (USA Rugby), the Wanderers have established their legacy; succeeding at the highest levels of men’s amateur rugby in the Northeast and Nationally.
Practice Schedule:
Pre-Season to being on Tuesday August 5th. Training is held every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00pm, at Colt Park, Hartford. The address is 106 Wethersfield Ave, Hartford, CT 06114.

Today’s National Rugby Day, and honestly… this sport has given us more than tries, bruises, and muddy socks. It’s given us a family.
A team that shows up for each other on and off the pitch, that celebrates every win like it’s the first and shoulders every loss together.
Rugby teaches you how to run harder, tackle lower, and trust the people beside you with everything you’ve got. But more than that—it gives you moments you hold onto forever. The early-morning drives, the sideline laughs, the shared meals, the inside jokes, the “you good?” after a big hit, and the “we’ve got this” before kickoff.
To every Wanderer who steps onto the field, cheers from the sideline, shows up in the cold, carries water bottles, or screams themselves hoarse—today’s for you.
For the heart, the grit, the loyalty, and the family we’ve built.
